Long ago, when Brandywine was just Tru & Marlene selling to a single shop, Marlene painted wooden hearts and embellished them with uplifting messages. These hearts - some 60 designs - were immensely popular; even so, Marlene moved on to other ideas, and stored the hearts in the attic to gather dust.
A few years ago, Marlene and Donna were reminiscing and decided to look at the old pieces. They were surprised by the fond feelings they evoked and decided to reintroduce them
Our Thoughts from the Heart collection is the result, and it has been spectacularly successful. The pieces are bi-level, decorated by hand with sparkling details by Brandywine's talented handpainting team, and accented with satin ribbon hangers.
Marlene and Donna have created over 20 designs and everyone at Brandywine is excited about these lovely accents, knowing that they will make delightful gifts.
